My passion to help people comes from seeing first hand how mental health can affect the individual and those around them. 

 It is my close personal experiences that give me a unique perspective and knowledge.

 I’ve seen it;  I’ve lived with it; I get it.  I want to help you get through it.

I have learned and witnessed that through a holistic approach, people can achieve their desired goals and find personal inner peace and clarity.
